ROCK CLIMBING IN SNOWDONIA
Climb some of the classic routes of North Wales, ‘learn to lead’ trad climb using leader-placed protection, or take it up a notch with Performance Climbing
Guided Classics
North Wales offers some of the best sea cliff and mountain multi-pitch rock climbing in the country, with the Llanberis Pass, Tremadog, Tryfan East Face, and Gogarth being firm favourites on these courses.
Learn to Lead
Independently lead your own trad routes, getting on ‘the sharp end’ by placing rock gear (eg nuts, slings, cams) for protection.
Performance Climbing
For those looking to push their trad climbing above HVS into the lower E grades on the mountain crags and sea cliffs of North Wales - and further afield by prior arrangement.

Guided Classics - Some indoor or outdoor climbing, and ideally the ability to belay (but this can be taught on the course).

It may be appropriate to decide whether you are ready to lead once on the course, in consultation with your instructor. This course is open to those with plenty of prior trad climbing experience on second (including having belayed a leader and removed gear), and the aspiration to lead climbs for themselves.
Performance Climbing - please contact to discuss your objectives.
What will I get from the course?
When you meet your Instructor on the evening before your course starts, we will discuss what you want to get out of the course, so we can tailor the days to suit you.
Over the two days, we will spend as much time on the rock as possible, building on your previous experience and taking advantage of the weather we get on the weekend.
